This site is a digital complement to the physical exhibition, The Psychedelic '60s, displayed at the University of Virginia Library’s Special Collections department in Alderman Library from April through September 1998. The exhibition was curated by George Riser, with exhibition text written by George Riser and Stephen Railton. The site is housed at the University of Virginia. The site contains images of a variety of printed material and ephemera. The site has been created to enable public access to these materials in support of teaching, research, and scholarship. Educational institutions or affiliated individuals, school teachers, news organizations, and members of the public are all welcome to link to individual images or other content posted on the site and to download selected material for the above-authorized purposes.
